Normally every human being have 46chromosomes.In chromosomal abnormality (like down syndrome, hermaphroditism) will the chromosome number increase? Like 47, 48. Can an individual exist with chromosome no more than 46? Answer me.

Yes, it is possible. I will give you one scenario. 47, XX, 21 + indicates a female with an extra chromosome 21, thus, this female has Downs Syndrome since the extra chromosome is the 21st. The XX indicates a female where XY would indicate male.
In the instance I listed above, this female has 47 chromosomes rather than 46.

yes but is not as normal as a human . If he or she have XXY chromosome he can became a klinefelter's syndrome which are exist as a man but when the X0 chromosome , she is a turner's syndrome... what the subject is... human cannot create more than 47 or less than 45.it is abnormally

^^^ Just because you have a chromasome abnormallity doesn't make you un/sub human!! Many people with these conditions live good and productive lives, yes they usually experience some mental and/or physical problems but this doesn't make them unhuman.
