There was a movie that I saw several years ago... maybe 5-6 years and I believe that it was on HBO. It was about a little boy who witnessed his older brother killing another little boy. His brother saw him and told him not to speak a word to anyone about it. The little boy then just quit speaking to everyone. He was either staying at a special children's home or making visits with a psychologist. I think that he uses sign language as a form of communication. I believe at the very end he begins talking again. He was adorable and had curly brown hair. Can anyone help me with this please? Thanks
