I consider myself to be a thick female, big thighs and all, but after having my son my waist line is still small but my belly is a bit flabby, what foods should I eat and what excerises can I do without losing weight anywhere else but my belly..

It's impossible to spot reduce. You can do crunches to tighten your abdominal muscles however that will not lose the fat that's on top of the muscle. You will have to do cardio in order to get rid of the excess weight around your mid section.

Try to stay away from bread as it tends to cause more gain in the waist. Eat lots of lean protein, veggies and fruits and you should be looking good in no time!
