Noticed today that my a/c was running but no air was coming from vents in the house. Well I went under my house to the main unit? Any way I removed the cover and noticed that the insulation was stuck to the frozen coils. I pulled this loose and I went back inside and noticed that I now have air blowing from my vents but only if I leave the cover off the unit. By the way the air is not very cold why won't it blow with cover on? Please help 98 degrees + here in ga.

First you need to thaw the ice off the coils. The most quick way to do this (I know it's 98 degrees) is to run a heating cycle. The coils may have froze by the insulation loose and blocking airflow.Remember to but the panel back on the unit.
