My central air and heat unit compressor comes on but my fan inside my house will not come on.About a week ago my fan started working and the house got cold.It worked for about three days and then the fan stopped.The compressor stayed on.I hear and see moisture inside my house by my furnace and fan.What can I do to make my fan come on.

Follow wires from motor to relay. Follow that relay control back. Transformer is good,
Could be bad fan. Check for voltage going to fan.
Back to your question, You could take wires from Disconnect and connect to wires that go to motor to test.
Do turn off power prior to work.
