Any new headache or change in pattern of headaches should prompt you to see your physician and DEMAND an imaging study.

With a normal MRI and/or CT scan you might consider the musculature of your neck and upper back. Have a massage therapist evaluate shoulders, upper back and neck for "trigger points." An experienced therapist will be able to reduce or free up any nerve compression related to those trigger points. Google "trigger point symptoms" and you will get a better picture. Best wishes.

I had the same problem a few months back. I had a straight headache for a month, and I mean without a single break between the headache. This type of headache sounds like it could be your eyes. Usually, a headache that is located at the back of your head can be your eyes.
Or, as it was in my case, it can be from anxiety. (I had a cat-scan and mri to be sure it wasn't anything serious)
Anxiety can give you prolonged headaches that can last from days to weeks, and even to months. But I do suggest you take a trip to your doctor and get checked out. It could be and probably isn't anything to be worried about.
Don't worry and good luck. (:
