In April I spent my birthday money on extensions, they have been great up to now. They are the clip in ones. I've been told to wash them with jonsons baby shampoo and a conditioner for dry hair to keep them looking nice, but now every time I wear them they not.. a lot. Its really enoying considering my hair won't grow nither and it looks like a big ball of notted hair on my head after 5 minutes of wearing them. I would be extreamly grateful if someone could give me advice on what to do :] xxxxxxxx

Hair extensions must be washed, conditioned and moisturised every couple of days (if your wear them regularly). Moisturising them is important since the hair does not receive natural scalp oils.
The best way to maintain and wash them is to soak them in cold water with a capful of baby shampoo or I suggest using 'TIGI Moisture Maniac' shampoo and cond (a bit pricey but worth it) rinse in cool water, do not use anything hot and let them dry naturally in the air.
:) Hope this helps

Hair extensions should be washed and conditioned at least 3 times every week. Before washing your hair extensions, brush the hair with a soft bristle brush to remove the knots. This will prevent it from becoming tangled or knotted.
