My best friend says he misses me and wants to see me but he said he doesn't like me any and we've been friends for over 7 to 8 yrs.. straight and we did go out but it never worked. And I like him a lot... n we've never stopped being friends and I tell him how I feel about him and I don't know what to do.. we're thinking of going to the movies together but with two more friends because he thinks it'll be considered as a date even though it's a friend thing.. so I don't know I want to hug him and he said its all right but I'm confused what should I do... he means a lot to me I just don't want to live without him being in my life... please.. help...

You really, really need to find some new friends. There will be many friends in your life, and you will find one who likes you very much.
Don't stay "stuck" on just one boy. There are too many out there.

Respect the territory of friendship; if he feels that you may misread his actions, he will want to distance himself from you, he does not want you to get the wrong idea.
