I don't remember much about it but it was a movie, maybe a show, where there were people dressed in rabbit costumes among other things. They entered the land by a tree house or maybe eating some weird fruit, which there was a lot of. During the show a fairy scolded a mouse with "scooping up the field mice & bopping them on the head" rhyme - I know that is super vague but does anyone know what I am talking about?
