Use the difference of two cubes:

a^{3}-b^{3}=(a-b)(a^{2}+ab+b^{2})

(2^{\frac{1}{3}}x)^{3}-(1)^{3}

a=2^{\frac{1}{3}}x, \;\ b=1

(2^{\frac{1}{3}}x-1)(2^{\frac{2}{3}}x^{2}+2^{\frac{1}{3}}x+1)

See how that was done?
