How do you start a proposal for a cleaning business or biding agreement?

If I were to put together a proposal for a potential customer, then I would interview them as to what their cleaning needs are; the times that they would want you to clean; whether they will be supplying any of the cleaning supplies and write all of the foregoing things down. Then I would put it all in a document that is wording like a contract.

There is a sample cleaning contract on the following site: Cleaning Contract Sample (http://build-a-business.com/cleaning_contract_sample.html)

The following is from:
http://superiorhousekeeping.com/commercial_and_office_cleaning__janitorial_service s_.html What is in it, might also help to give you some ideas of what to say and also the words you might put in any ads or in any documents about your services that you might hand deliver to potential customers. You would word your things so that the documents are tailored for your particular business.

How do you start a proposal for a cleaning business or biding aggreement?

The answer above this is simple and to the point. It is also advertising for a service that the poster provides for which you will have to pay for her to provide.

If you want to do proposals or biding agreements for your type of business, then you can do it yourself without paying someone to do it for you or buy forms from someone. I outlined in my answer to you above how to go about it.

Besides that, people who answer questions on this site are not supposed to be promoting their own businesses in the answers that they provide. They might provide a link to their website(s) in their signature, but they aren't supposed to be doing advertising for themselves in the answers that they give.

I know that you haven't asked about it, but another thing that you might want to consider doing is advertising for free on the Internet. You can find a number of sites on the following link concerning that. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/music/musical-instrument-advertising-103010.html

I get more business from my free Internet ads than I do from the Yellow Pages. The great part is, I don't have to pay anyone for the advertising!
