I have newly joined a team, and was requested to do an email self-intro, mainly regarding my background, such as what I have been doing in past jobs, strengths etc. Please help to provide a sort of Format, or sentences which are formal.

What's to know? Tell them what you have been doing in past jobs, strength , etc. Tell it like it is.

Well if this is your new team I would keep it casual and light. Just talk about what you have done in the past, what skills you have that are going to be great for this job. Say where you went to school and what you studied. You want your new team to feel some sort of connection to you through it.

Just try to throw some stuff down and re write it until its right. Good luck
