Please don't punish her. Cats don't understand punishment, even if you do something immediately. She will only learn to lash back at you to protect herself, and it won't stop the peeing.

Also if you are washing your bed linens in bleach/amonia products she may be attracted to the odor. Cat urine has amonia in it. Something you can spray on your mattress to get the odor out is Urine gone, sold at chain stores for about 10 dollars a bottle. Follow directions to the max for it to be effective.
