Can I sue the place I work at for deducting my hours to less then what they were and I have proof on my time card??

Absolutely! If they're screwing you, they've probably done it to others. Pesonally, I'd resign over that. They are telling you your time has no value and the company can't afford to keep their doors open if they do pay everybody. Get a lawyer!

You can sue, if your time card is valid, not clocked by someone else then you can either take them to the labor board or sue them.

Have you brought the discrepancy to their attention and given them a chance to resolve it? Did they offer you a logical explanation for the discrepancy? If all of your attempts to resolve it with them have failed then you have the option of suing in small claims court.
