Essentially you're asking "What is a parallelogram with at least one right angle?" Granted you already know it's a parallelogram and it has a right angle to boot. So what kind of parallelogram does that make it? Think about it.

A quadrilateral with 4 congruent angles must be what? Think about what the measure of each angle is ; that ought to give you a hint.

While putting sheeting on the outside of a house, a construction worker cuts a piece of plywood such that it is a quadrilateral with exactly two consecutive right angles. This plywood has the shape of?
Its one of the Following
a square
a rectangle
a trapezoid
a parallelogram
Your quadrilateral has exactly two consecutive right angles (and hence, two non-right angles.) So what's that make it? Try drawing it ; that often helps.
