Hi;
I am 14 weeks pregnant. Before my stomach was feeling heavy at 12 weeks. And now at 14 weeks I am feeling everything is empty in my stomach...
Because when I am taking breath deeply my stomach almost touching my back...
Which is not happened same thing at 12 weeks..
So, I am concerned about this like I am having silent miscarriage...
Please help me... with your advice...
I have doctor appointment next week but I am too scared wait for that long time...

Gas can make your tummy feel huge and heavy. Is it possible you had gas?

I have never had a miscarriage, but I know some who have, and I believe if you were having a miscarriage you would know it. You would have bleeding and severe cramping. :)

Just remember that if you fear there is something wrong - at any point in your pregnancy, call your doctor and they can fit you in. They can listen for the heart beat - do an ultrasound, etc. Don't be afraid to call and get seen that day. Waiting can drive you crazy.
When I was pregnant and I could feel the baby moving, she just stopped one day. I didn't feel anything for almost a day. I called the dr. they got me right in. While waiting to see the dr. she started kicking me. (best feeling ever - at that moment) They still did the stress test and buzzed her. She really jumped.
The point is, don't be afraid to get in and see the doctor if you feel something isn't right.
You will make yourself sick with worry and that is not good for you or your baby.

Like NS said above, if you were miscarrying, you would know it.
