You can go get test run to see if there is a problem. Your husband can get a sperm count done. If you have regular periods you can do an at home ovulation test and then track it for a few months. If you are both healthy sometimes all you can do is wait. You can take prenatal vitamins also. If you drink, smoke or consume a lot of caffenine cut those out of your life. Eat healthy. Some doctors won't do much until it has been a year with no luck. Try to relax. I know it is hard it took me 4 years.

It can take healthy couples up to a full year of trying before conceiving... and this is if there are no other factors such as prior birth control.
What have you all been doing so far? Have you charted your cycle to learn when you are most fertile? Were you ever on hormonal birth control? What kind?
Have you been to your doctor for a complete check up?
Do you have regular periods?
Many of these things come into play. I would be able to better advise you with some of those questions answered.

FertilityFriend.com is really useful when charting for fertility.
