What's the most effective, or the most popular at least, hormone treatment male to female transexuals use?
I'm looking for the names of the drugs, and general information about how the treatment works.

I believe it is Estrogen therapy as estrogen is the hormone that females natural produce and causes us to have a softer shape, breast development and softer feature. I believe the estrogen treatment helps the MtoF achieve those kinds of results.
