I, too, deal with Seasonal Affective Disorder. I live in southern California, which helps, but I cannot afford to buy a house. Looking for lower cost of living with clear skies most of the time. Is there a list of states (or places in Western Europe) which offer a total of days of sun?

Maybe somewhere in Arizona or Nevada?
