My ex boyfriend finished with me about 2 months ago. I can't seem to move on because I get the feeling that we are not over and that he may come back. Can anyone tell me if this is going to happen?

If your boyfriend no longer wishes to be with you, or talk with you, or call you, then this relationship is over for now.
He might possibly want to re-new it in the future; as with all relationships.
This is nothing new, and happens every day.
But, don't wait for something magic to happen... get out a meet new friends.
