problem of my computer is it just stops in the middle of when I am doing something and the blue screen comes up with the notice and this is not the first time it happens frequently , the message is like this :Help me please

What version of Windows? What are you doing when it stops? How much RAM do you have?

Hi,
I use Microsoft xp home edition XP home version 2002 service pk 2 VAIO computer p 2.80 ghz , 504 of Ram. It crashes when I am downloaing music or burning cd's. Some time it restarts it self.

What software are you using when it crashes? Is it the same for both tasks? Have you tried reinstalling that software? Have you done error checking and defragging from Disk Maintenance?

DID IT BUT Did not DO ANYTHING STILL CRASHING

Did you uninstall and reinstall the software you are using?

I don't no which software is causing the problem but I updated my drivers it has not crashed yet.

Hi,
If updating your drivers keeps it from crashing, then you are good to go!
If it crashes again, you might have to use System Restore, or use the Repair option on your install CD's.
If you have never used System Restore; here is a step by step link showing how to use it:

Im having the same problem. What drivers did you update exactly?
