I met this dude in school back in January and he liked me and at first I didn't like him but then all of a sudden I don't know what happened but I fell for him. He asked for my # a few times and then finally I gave it to him. We neva talked on the phone but we texted each other a lot and he told me he really wanted to be with me and I told him that I did too. Well when he kept asking me out and stuff I didn't go for it because I needed some time to think about it (but I didn't tell him that) well in the end of April, he got a girlfriend and now this is July and their still together. I just wish I could have another chance and honestly I don't know if I was wrong because I needed time to think! I don't want them to break up and I wish them the best but if it doesn't work for them then I'm hoping he comes back to me... am I wrong to wait for him or should I just move on since I'm young (17) and I got my whole life ahead of me. And please... I don't need criticism or people tryna judge me because I know I messed up! I need honest advice on wetha I should give up or wait for him.. thnx...

I would have to say move on... by chance if his relationship doesn't work out then you can try again.

I believe that everything happens for a reason and if a relationship doesn't flesh out all that means is that person was never right for you to begin with.

Your 17 you have everything in front of you. There are plenty of other nice guys out there who would love a shot with someone like you.
