I have to get on the internet at least all night!! I seriously go crazy if I don't... all my friends say I should quit but its so additive!! I find it very hard to stay off the internet! Im bored most of the time and the internet solves that for me:) but I feel I have no time set aside for friends and family... any addvice?

You are making choices in your life here. I know exactly what you are talking about, and how "addicting" being on the Internet can be.

But, please remember that it is a choice that you make. You are in control. Do you want to be in control of the things that you do in your life? I hope that your answer will be "Yes." Then make the choices about how you will spend you time.

I would ask yourself the following question, "Am I in control, or is it in control of me?"

You are also in control of the choices that you make to be involved with your family as well as friends. Please choose wisely. You are in control of making those decisions.
