Is there anything that can be done to undye clothes, when they were dyed by accident?

Is there anything that can be done to undye clothes, when they were dyed by accident?
I did the same thing to my husbands white work shirts on accident on time... DO NOT PUT IN DRYER lololol it will set the color. RIT makes a dye remover for whites... it's in the laundry isle. I washed my items several times with detergent and about a cup of spray and wash... they came out white again. You can also use color safe bleach. Good luck!
