My computer got extreamly messed up... virus' spyware and such.. I got most of it off or what I knew was there.. except for one virse cssrs.exe and I tried to reboot to finish... and it just kept going in a cycle of 3 screens.. so I turned it off.. and now it won't turn back on. The cpu's lights won't come on.. the monitar and everything else works... its not overheated or anything.. plugged in perfectly... why won't it start? The virus? A hacker? And how do I get it to boot up?

Hi,
This particular virus can be removed by following the instructions at:

http://www.greatis.com/appdata/d/c/cssrs.exe_Removal.htm

But, you have to be able to boot up the computer first. There is definitely a hardware problem somewhere.
Your best bet is to take your computer to a local computer shop/sales store. Let their Techs get it started for you.
If you have never taken the case off a computer, please don't be touching anything inside the computer. You could "fry" parts with static electricity.
Best wishes,
fredg

It should be that our RAM is not properly working Put it out and plug it again. Must work!
