My car has been running just fine until one day I was picking my wife up from work and we had a freaky Oklahoma downpour that pretty much flooded out the strrets. Some of them very deep but the car made it with no problem. By the time I got to the other side of town (no rain at all streets completely dry) I was coasting down a hill by my house and the motor just died. I let it coast to my driveway and couldn't get it to start. No water in the air box. I also noticed that my srs, oil sensor light, sunroof, and none of the windows are working at all. Eveything in the fuse box under the hood has voltage, except for the windows. Car also sounds like it is cranking very fast, yet effortlessly. PLEASE HELP. Cause now I have to drive the oldmans 84' citation to work - what kind of playa is that?

I agree with above. I think if you restore power to windows, car may run.
Would be a good idea to check inside distributor cap for moisture.

None of the dash lights work, except for the battery light

Under the hood, were there any fuses blown?
Look at Starter connections, may be there.
