I have very bad trust issues concerning my wife. Not that there is a reason for it I just don't trust women for some reason I need help its tearing my family apart.

Trust for your wife is something you have to do for yourself; no one else, not even your wife, can make you trust but you.

I know it can be hard trusting people, sometimes especially the ones who you admire and adore the most, personally, I have issues trusting whether people actually like me or not, they could just be being nice, I'm worried about if they actually want my friendship.

I think there are books, counseling and trust exercises available, they mite help.
