No that has to do with your skin. Stretch marks are just that and the only thing that will lighten them or make them better is something like cocoa butter. Unfortunately, cellulite does not go away :(

Actually cocoa butter is to prevent stretch marks. I have used cocoa butter to no end to get rid of my pregnancy marks and they haven't changed at all.
You can get prescription creams that contain Tretinion to lighten fresh stretch marks.
Laser surgery is also used to lessen the severity of stretch marks. :)

You can get rid of cellulite, build muscle to firm your body, the cellulite is fat that isn't even, but bumpy, which presses up against your skin. If you firm those places, like your butt, the muscle is smooth and you'll have a firm body!

No problem. I really did think it would take them away at first. I figured "if it prevents them, maybe it'll make them go away too"... nooooo boy I was wrong lol.

Actually my girlfriend just had a baby and all during pregnancy she used cocoa butter on her tummy so no stretch marks but forgot that your boobs also expand. After baby she used Mederma (its a cream for scars) and in a few weeks the stretch marks semi disappeared.
Also- cellulite can't be gotten rid of. It's a genetic predisposition. Gaining more muscle can make it look better (less noticeable) but its still there.

I have been wanting to try Mederma but I was afraid it would be a wasted cost if it doesn't work. Maybe I'll buy some and try it. At least then I can throw in my input the next time a question like this arises :)
