I am an hard working I think decent man who pay his bills and never get in to any trouble and still have no access to my daughter.I was with my girlfriend for a year when she got pregnant and I was in my daughters life up to 3 years even I have split from my ex.then suddenly she did not pick the phone on me,did not let me see my daughter and did not want any money support from me.I was writing letters to her,sending christmas cards,buying present for my daughter but she just did not let me have access to her at all.I have been trying to get access through solicitor but she told me that it can take long time and is not sure I will get access any way.I wonder what I can do because it seem to me there is many man in the same position and they can't do nothing at all?

What does the child support order ( visitation order) say, you have every right that the order gives you.

If you don't have a order, you file for visitation with the court, if they don't let you see the child then you take them back to court and back to court for contempt,

Go to court and file a motion for visitation. Also be prepared to be slapped with an order for child support.
