View Full Version : A little too slow

I'm in one hell of a jam here.
My best friend has an older sister. Her name is Martina. I've known her for about six years now.
Up until now, we've been really good friends. Nothing more. Although I have had some stronger feelings for her. I've just never mentioned anything.

A couple of days ago, I built up the courage to tell her that I liked her as more than a friend. She responded with the same thing.

There's just one problem though. I was too slow to say anything before, and now it turns out that my family has planned to move out of state...
I don't want to leave her, but I have no choice. I can't stay behind by myself, and I still have to finish my senior year in high school.

What options are there in this kind of situation?

Talk to her about it. Long distance relationships don't always work. But if you care that much about each other you can try. How far are you moving away from her? If you are not moving very far away you can visit her on weekends and stay at a friends house on visiting days. Just make sure you talk about it with her and let her know how much you care.

Thanks BN61239.

There is kind of a problem.
I'm moving FAR away. I'm living in California right now, but I'll be leaving for Georgia soon.

I'll do my best.

Thanks again
