If you are a landlord in Michigan and you evicted the renters for non payment of rent, and your home is in the beginning of foreclosure how long does your tenant legally have before they have to move out of the home.

Hello pete:
Foreclosure has nothing to do it, and your question cannot be answered as you asked it.
Your tenants can't "legally" stay even one day when they haven't paid rent. If you want to know how long before the sheriff comes to put them out, that depends on lots of different things.
And, so what?? If the house is being forclosed upon, let the bank deal with them.
