Delete it. You can try to set up a filter to block it, but they are largely unsuccessful, as these mails deliberately try to circumvent any filters, and you have a risk of blocking legitimate mail.

Your post doesn't make too much sense, but I think I know what you are talking about.
Has any of the emails said you won money from a company outside the US such as the UK lotto. If so just delete those emails if you open it or them or don't open emails that you don't know who it came from because you could get a virus from opening it or the company just wants to see how many people are actually opening up the emails they send so they can send more junk to your email. If you ever get told you won money through the mail or email do not respond back to the company if you know you didn't enter any contest, sweepstakes, etc. If a company says you need to deposit the check they sent you in the mail before you can get the rest of the money from them don't do that because you could end up with nothing your bank account once the check clears. If you have to pay money to get money than it's probably a scam.
I watched Dateline a few weeks ago where they talked about online scams and how money is needed to get even more money and the scams the show had were really scams when the show went to meet the people who were scaming a guy who works for Dateline.
