I did not no I had ajudment against me and because I didn't they won by default I didn't know because I moved I found out because my account was frozzen.I just want to know if I still have a chance to ask the courts to validate this dept they claim I owe or because they won thers ajugdment against me is it to late for validation .please need your oppinoin.thank you

If you read the many other threads similar to yours you will see you can submit a motion to the court that granted the judgement to vacate it on the grounds of improper service. If they obtained a default judgement because you were not informed of the suit, then its likely it will be vacated and a new hearing ordered.
