I attempted to get financial aid when I first went to college but I was turned down because my parents income was to high. I am now living with my fiancé and newborn.. I haven't been working since I was pregnant and my fiancé just got a job at a car dealership... What are my chances of getting financial aid?
... the house is under my name... so what if I didn't say he was living with me?

Your parents will still need to sign some forms stating that they have not supported you. When you apply for financial aid you will be asked to supply a copy of your income tax and so will your fiancé, since you two are living together. Who took the deduction for the baby when he was born or has that not been claimed yet?
The best answer to your chances of financial aid will come from your college's financial aid advisor. That person can tell you what you need to provide and how much you can be awarded in aid and grants.

Shy, since she is not married her fiance's income will not come into play until and unless they get married. As the government agency that issues the grants goes by income tax returns and they cannot file together yet.
Everything else I agree with.
Here is a website where you can apply for financial aid online. I do it every year.
FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid (http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/)

True, they are not married but since they are in the same household? My oldest son's friend who was living with a guy had to use her bf's income too - because of their co-habitation. Because his income contributed to the household. Maybe that is not the norm.
