Okayy so I'm just going to tell the whole story. I have a 5 yr old american bull dog. He's a big baby though who loves to play. We just recently lost an 11 yr old pug and ever sense he's been so depressed. Not eating, always laying around && when ever we would mention the pugs name, he would just get this sad look in his eyes. So that's when I decided to get a puppy for him too play with. So I just got a pitbull mix a couple of days ago. She was the sweetest thing, she was licking my face, jumping on me wanting to pet her && everything. So when I first introduced the too dogs they didn't really get off on a good start, before they even smelled each other the puppy went && tried to take the dogs toy && he of course snapped at her.

Sense then they have become best friends with only a couple of instences. They play fite ALL the time. Then they both get tired and sleep for a little then just keep playing. But now sometimes when I call her she comes running up to me && tries to bite my face. I then give her a little smack on the nose. But then she gets mad && starts barking at me && trying to bite my hand. I know that when she bites me she doesn't mean it, I guess she just tries to play with me like she plays with the other dog but it does hurt. How do I cure her of this the rite way?

Also do you have any tips on how to house train her? She poos outside only, but pees constantly in the house.

Lol one moree, I try to make her sleep in the crate at night because I don't want her getting into truble during the night so when I find her sleeping on my bed I pick her up && place her in her crate, but as soon as she wakes up and figures out she's in there, she starts freeking out and cries. I tried to just leave her in there until she got tired of crying, but when she's been crying for an hour and it 2 in the morning its sort of hard lol. So sense she's been here she only slept one night in the crate. I mean when I take her out && let her sleep in my bed with me she fine, she doesn't pee in my room or nothing but she needs to get used to the crate for when I go out. What do I do ?

Young Labs, which I know best, and other puppies tend to very bad about
Biting. You see a litter of them, and all the ones that are awake are biting
Another one or themselves. I am not even sure they realize that when they are
Alone, if they quit biting, they would quit being bitten. At 3 to 4 months
They are getting their adult teeth, and it seems they spend every waking
Moment biting or chewing. One thing you can do at that stage is to knot and wet a piece of cloth. Then freeze it. The cooling will soothe the gums. Only let the puppy have it when you are there to watch it. I maintain a Lab's favorite chew toy is another
Lab. Otherwise they settle for any person they can. They keep hoping to find
One that won't yelp and jerk their hand away, or growl "Bad dog." and clamp
Their mouth shut. Then offer a chew toy. They keep trying despite hundreds
Of corrections. Another good technique is to quit playing and go away. Be
Sure to praise them when they are playing nice and not biting.

You just have to keep on correcting them, hundreds of times, not dozens.
Provide sturdy, safe toys such as Kongs and Nylabones. Avoid things they can
Chew pieces off and choke on them. Keep them away from electrical cords.
Crates are essential for most young Labs and other dogs.

The pet stores are full of toys that many dogs will quickly chew up into
Pieces they could choke on or cause intestinal blockages. If you are not
There to watch, stick to sturdy stuff such as Nylabones and Kongs. Keep a
Close eye on chew toys and quickly discard anything that is coming apart in
Pieces. Rawhide is especially bad because it swells after being swallowed.
These problems are the worst with, but not limited to, large, aggressive
Chewers such as Labs.
