I have found a lump about a few inches inside my vagina, on the back wall - it is about the size of a walnut (but it does not protude much, I can reach past it) and is quite firm, but it does not hurt at all. Apart from this, nothing at all seems out of the ordinary, but I am really anxious and I don't know whether it is just my natural shape, or something that I ought to be worried about! I'm still a virgin, so am ruling out STDs. I don't think it is my cervix, it seems too far down, does not have a depression and is not cone shaped. I'm way too shy/nervous/embarrassed to tell my mum or go see a doctor, but I don't know what to do! I've heard about Bartholin's cysts - could this be the problem? And do they require painful surgery for removal? Please help if anyone has any information :(

Maybe You Should Just Go To The Doctor And Get That Checked Out... Im Not Sure If Cysts Are Painful Or Not... My Brothers Girlfriend Has 6 Of Them.. Go Get It Checked Out Just To Be Sure...

If you are a virgin this is perfectly normal.
