Okay, first of all, all the sockets work, so its not the sockets, but second of all, My Wii has been completely blank, showing no signs of life, the light won't turn on at all when I hook it into a socket, is there a way I can reboot it or something?

Rebooting is simply turning the unit OFF and ON again.
If it is dead then time to make a warranty claim.

How dod I make a warranty Claim? Because there is no light on the Wii at all, and I keep pushing the button to turn it on and off and it doesn't do anything

RTFM.
Read the manulas that came with it as everything is detailed there.

The power IS turned on at the socket?

The most common problem of the WII staying off is that the AC adaptor needs to be reset. It's easy:

First, unplug the power cords from both the console and the power strip (or wall socket)

Remove any other equipment that may be attached

After TWO FULL minutes, reconnect the power cords/adaptors, but this time connect the console directly to a wall socket, not a power strip.

The console light should come right on.

Have used this many times after long periods of inactivity and it works like a charm.

NOTE: should have specific WII adaptors
