I just bought a Harbor Breeze Fan Helix II.. There are no instructions with it, how ever I know how to hang ceiling fans. However, this particular model has me stumped over something stupid. It's hanging now and working, but the 4 Blue Lights are not mounting tightly. I have the Blue Glass Cover, a washer that looks like it goes in the inside of the glass and then another glass (bulb cover) screws into the light fixture holding the Blue Glass in place. However, the Glass remains loose and will not butt up against the chrome backing. Am I missing a part or am I doing this wrong? I tried other ways (not that there is many) and none of them work. It has almost a 1/4" play.
Any Ideas?

Yup. That is the fan. The Lowe's in my area is back ordered on them now, so I can't see a box to see if I'm missing a part or if I have a faulty light kit.

Do the shades and mounts look like the picture, with the tapered caps over the socket? I only see one piece of glass per bulb.

I have same problem! Mine also came with no instructions and I could not find them online. My four blue glasses are also loose. I plan to go back to store and look at the one on display again.
Maybe there is a missing piece that was supposed to be with the instructions?

I'm guessing, rather than a missing piece, there's a certain way the pieces fit together. There is now Lowe's here so I can't go and see for myself. If you figure it out, report back.

Found the problem. First off, the washer piece, the fat part goes inside the glass, and the neck does not go through the glass but towards the light bulb. This will push it closer to the back chrome pieces. Also, my light bulbs, where they insert, they were not pushed in all the way in from the factory. That did not allow the smaller frost glass screw all the way up to the metal washer to hold the blue glass. I guess the frost part was hitting the bulb and that was causing it to stop screwing on. All I had to do was push that in more and they snapped in place. Then when I pushed in the bulbs they were almost 1/4" closer to the back.
I hope all that made since.

Glad you got it worked out. If anyone else has this problem, refer to this thread.

Try Westinghouse since they make the fan.

Does anyone know where to buy the replacement blue light fixtures? I guess one of mine was loose (probably installed wrong) and it just fell off and broke today. I hate to replace the whole fan just for that.

Did you contact the manufacturer? They should have been able to send you replacement parts. I wouldn't tell them the part about 'installed wrong' :)
