my period is late about 2 months. Last month I only got a brown discharge along with SUM streaks of blood towards the end. The whole discharge lasted about 4-5. I am 20 yrs old and I did not have sex. Now it is July 19th and all I feel is tiredness, moody, my breasts feel sore and heavy and I feel like as if my stomach is getting big. Should I wait till the end of this month (like in June how I got the discharge in the late 20s) or what? I am confused. I never had sex just wanted to stay away from it till after marriage. Any chances of complications, pregnancy anything? I know it takes a penis in vagina to get married but I did fool around with my boyfriend just touching and feeling up on each other nothing more. Please help.

Sexual intercourse (penis in vagina) is required to get pregnant, so you are not pregnant.

Brown discharge is usually just old blood that appears brown. It sounds to me like you had somewhat of a period, meaning your body and hormones might be changing and you had an irregular period.

Wait until you are due for your next period. If you do not get a normal period, I would see a doctor to find out what exactly is going on in your body. Remember that stress, diet and some medications can cause your period to be late, or even cause you to skip a cycle.

And I commend you for saving sex for marriage! :)

Yes, thinking you are pregnant is just paranoia. You have to have sexual intercourse to be pregnant.

It is hard to tell what it is from a description on the internet, but it sounds to me just like an irregular period.

If you are not so sure, you can go to your doctor and have him check you out. :)

Yea like some of the people on this site, I don't have complete insurance right now and I am waiting on that.

I really don't think it is a reason to RUSH to the doctor, just a suggestion going sometime if you are uneasy about what's going on, just to make yourself feel better :)

Lol yes. And surprisingly we both have the same issues, no sex till marriage but are paranoid to be pregnant! How dumb of us lol but hey being paranoid can get u a little crazy

Being too paranoid can also cause your period to be late :)

Who knows that better than myself lol I've realized it's a waiting game and I'm not liking it. But yea it can happen.
