Have u tried using and ovulation LH test, they helped a friend of mine. The test detects when u are likley to release and egg which mean you should have intercourse that same day of testing and the next day. From research its takes at least 6 months for couples to conceive. If u don't conceive within a year I would suggest you and your partner go to see your doctor. Good luck xx

Umm. Like imaculate conception? There is only one way to get pregnant and that is to have a sperm fertilize an egg. Now there are a few methods of getting that sperm in touch with the egg. But rather than explain those possibilites, I will ask if you have spoken to your Ob/Gyn about it. If not, why not? If you haven't then you have not "tried everything".

It can take healthy couples up to a year of trying before conceiving, an that is if there are no other factors such as previous birth control use, which kind, and your ages. I would suggest that you chart your cycle. There are plenty of online ovulation calendars online, and it will help you learn when you are most fertile (as all women's bodies are different.) ovulation Predictor kits are helpful. Once you have learned your cycle, start trying every other day (so as to conserve sperm). I agree with ScottGem, you should go to your OBGYN/GYN and get a clean bill of health first. Then I suggest you go to the store and pick up some prental vitamins, it will help prepare your body for housing a baby. Then you just go with the flow. If you stress too much about it, it will actually make it more difficult to conceive. If you have not conceived in 12-18 months (more on the 18 month side if you were ever on hormonal birth control), I suggest you dicuss fertility options with your doctor. It may mean your boyfriend needs to go have his stuff checked as well. Goood luck.

After my 1st son was born it took my husband and I almost 6 years to get pregnant again (and for some reason now I can't stop getting pregnant I am 6 months with baby #4 LOL). Also besides the ovulation tests (get the strips from a fertility website they are cheaper than the pharmacy ones and work better also) but don't stress over it because it will decrease your fertility and also try taking some prenatal viatmins also :)
