We just replaced our old Kenmore with a Kenmore Oasis. Since we've put in the machine, the water some (alot) of the water does not go down the drain which is located in the wall behind the washer. We've had a plumber come out and he says there is not a clog and charged us $105 right before he said - "shove the hose in as far as you can"...
Logic would tell me that if the old washer didn't do this, it must be something to do with the new machine but nobody at Sears claim to have ever heard of the problem let alone how to fix it. We saw a hint about placing a U plastic bracket on the end of the drain hose from the washer so we rushed out and bought it with no change in the problem.
Is this a plumbing problem or washer problem or a combination?
Help...
