About a month ago my wife said that the accord died but after about 2 tries it started. Then it started happened more often and now it won't stay started for more than a few minutes. How can I tell if my fuel pump is working properly and if that is the answer then how do I locate it on my car. Thanks

Run through the tests outlined in sections A and B below:

Replacing the main relay, Ignition Control Module, and coil will, most likely, solve the problem.

90% of these sort of problems are electrical-related, not fuel. With that said, you still want to replace the fuel filter every 60,000 miles or 4 years, whichever comes first.

I had the same problem and I will go to auto repair shop soon. Will I warm up the car (all season) will be last longer?
