Hi,
Please kindly help me. I have always lost job interview selection based on the fact that I could not write good convincing essay on how I could relate my job experience with the job descriptions.
Kindly assist.

You can write a good essay on pretty much anything.
First, decide on what you want it written. Second, make an outline of all the points you want in the essay. Then decide on a good conclusion. Make sure you use good, short sentences that only make one point and don't ramble.

Lastly, please have someone edit it for you. Even the best writer in the world needs an editor. When you are finished, if you want to share it, post it and seek feedback.

What job experience do you have, and what are the jobs you apply for?
Thanks . My job experience is in the area of finance, with work experience of over 13 years. I also involve in non government activities . Presently I work for a private foundation as executive secretary but want a united nation job.

Are you applying for a job now? Is knowing a foreign language important? What are your skills that would be good at a new job that you want?
e.g.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Access
Good customer service skills
Problem-solving skills
