I have a niece who says she didn't have sex with her boyfriend, however she is pregnant now and the story she tells is that they had oral sex and he ejaculated on her vagina but not inside... is this possible or is she just totally lying?

While it is possible the likely hood is slim. If she has told you that she is a virgin the easiest way to tell if she is lying is to ask the dr if her hymen has been broken.

But Myth, the doctor is sworn to privacy, he can't tell anyone due to HIPAA laws.

As Myth said, it is possible, but chances are slim. My gut feeling is that she is lying.

I have a really good relationship with my niece, she has admitted to not being a virgin, this new boyfriend of hers was always worried to have actual intercourse because of the fear of her getting pregnant... they have had sex before.. but with condoms, then she was late one time and he freaked out... so they haven't had sex in the last 4 months at all, only the oral sex and the last time they did it she told me it hurt her because he said to her that he missed making love to her but he was so afraid of her getting pregnant.. now at her ripe young age of 15 she took this as he didn't love her so she wiped herself with his sperm... in hopes to actually get pregnant... she of course didn't share that with him... it was the very next day, because of their conversation that she and he broke up... and what does she go and do then? Has sex with her old boyfriend 2 days later, but she says he didn't go inside her... I need to help her and make the right decision, her mother doesn't even know yet.. we just found out that she is pregnant (6 weeks) I tried counting the days for her to see when she would have been ovulating... but I am just curious if it is at all possible, has anyone ever known of someone getting pregnant without intercourse.. :confused:

Yes, it is possible, but more rare than one would think.

I am sorry you are having to go through this, babies having babies can be quite disheartening to say the least.

Unfortunately it will now come down to a DNA test to decide who the father is.

I was just trying to save her from some serious emotional times that are in store for her... the DNA will prove who the father is, however, she will suffer a great deal before the baby is born in just wondering 'who's' it is, we haven't told her mother just yet because one of the guys is a black young man older than her, something her family will NOT except well at all... so really no need for the DNA, we will know I'm sure the moment the baby arrives. I just don't know what advise to give her, she has told the black guy what she did and he said there is NO WAY in HELL it could be his. The other lil' guy who is having his 18th birthday this month has no clue yet.. she is so afraid to tell anyone but with two positive pregnancy tests this is real! Any advice you have is much appreciated!

Lisa, It is unfortunate, but it is not always so cut and dry that you will know who the baby's father is at the moment of birth. You see, especially with mixed babies, their pigmentation does always develop for the first few days.

I hate to be the bearer of this bad news, but one cannot always tell at birth.

Wow! I guess I just assumed... I'm going to go pick her up for lunch and I was hopeful I would have learned something to share with her before we break the news to her mother...
