My boyfriend and I just started having sex and while he has had sex with other girls, he is the first person I have had sex with. I am 18 yrs old and we are both very frustrated because I can never feel pleasure when we have sex and the only way he gets pleasure out of it is when he knows I do too. Also, he feels like he can't do a good enough job to satisfy me sexually and is scared I will leave him. I don't know what to do, no matter what position we're in I don't feel any bit of pleasure during our intercourse. I don't mind that much but it bothers him that he can't please me sexually. I masturbate but not that often and I don't know what feels good on me so I can't tell him what to do, I'm just very lost. Advice anyone?

Most women do not orgasm through intercourse. You are not alone! The best way to orgasm and be satisfied is through clitoral stimulation.
Try having him give you oral sex (if you are both into that) so you have an orgasm, and he can see how satisfied you are. Then he will feel a little bit better about having intercourse even though it doesn't pleasure you.
Just explain to him how I've explained it to you, most women get pleasure out of clitoral stimulation rather than intercourse :)

It's not even so much as an orgasm.. it's like I just feel that there's a penis in me but that's all I feel, don't most woman at least feel some kind of pleasure even if its not an orgasm?

Some do and some don't, it all just depends on the person. There are times when I feel nothing, and there are times when I do feel something.
One thing that I have found as helpful is having an orgasm through clitoral stimulation before intercourse. From my personal experience, doing this first makes me enjoy actual intercourse.
You can try this and see if it works. It doesn't have to be oral sex, it could also be mutual masturbation, or anything that will stimulate you to have an orgasm :)

I am one of the ones that can not have an orgasm during intercourse so my husband and I bring in the sex toys :) WHile having intercorse I use a vibrator on my clitorus and that does the trick every time. Plus my husband likes to watch me do that while he is having sex with me, he says it turns him on even more :)
