Well I won't do your work for you but here's a few tidbits.

Mno4 is an oxidizer, often written as KMnO4. And the benzylic carbon of toluene is prone to oxidation to a carboxylix moity.

Likewise, the alcohol placed in sulfuric acid and heat undergoes oxidation.

You need to open your textbook. Is there a current chapter on oxidation? That's where to begin.

Both reactions will be on tests and will be needed over and over if you do any kind of synthesis on exams.

So think about it, read about it... you can post what you think happens here by talking about the answer, since you don't have access to the drawing programs... but do try to answer it yourself.

I could always tell when students got answers right on homeworks by being given the answers cause they bombed the exams. Two important reactions worth knowing.

Feel free to ask questions.
