Hi to anyone that can help me!!
I don't know anything about plumbing so bare with me, please.
The plunger (the thing that opens and closes the drain) in our bathroom sink is very old and rusted out, it no longer works. The problem is this: The stopper in the sink just barely opens maybe 1/4 inch, and I have to use a kitchen knife just to get it open that far, as you can imagine, the sink is constantly clogged. I have tried to unscrew the top of the stopper with no success. How can I fix this? I would like to replace it but don't know how to remove it! Thanks for any help.
