I have a problem with a swirling toilet bowl and incomplete flush during flushing which has been featured on this site before. The solution provided was to clear the siphon hole in the bottom of the bowl of mineral deposits. My problem is that I have a Rheem toilet, 1965 vintage, which doesn't seem to have a siphon hole. At least I cannot locate it. Does that type Rheem have a siphon hole and if so where is it located? It appears that lack of a siphon action is the problem in that the flush works fine if I empty a pail of water into the bowl during the flushing cycle.
