Someone told me of a movie he bought in Japan called Dragonball Alter-Verse and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could go or what I could do to find this movie to either watch it or buy it?

Well, I think you can download from the internet. Just Google it and check the websites that allows you to download stuff. A good place to start is Gendou's Anime Music (http://www.gendou.com) . That website is really good. You can download anime music, episodes and other stuff as well.

The only way I have seen that movie was in Japaneses with subs I would say that you could probably find it on line somewhere I bought all 20 comic books of dragon ball but I don't remember off what site anymore.
