I'm from New Mexico. I have a girlfriend that is 15 and I'm 19. We're just going out and not doing anything like 'doing it'. I was wondering if there is anyway that we or should I say I could get in trougle for that. I can't find any laws against that, but I have for sex. Sex is out of the question anyway but I just wanted some security. Thanks

Well technoly your right there isn't any laws unless you do end up having sex.But moraly a lot of people would say that she's too young for you.mainly her parents unless they alrady know about it and have agreed with it.

You won't get into trouble for merely socializing with her. Just don't allow her to be out in your presence past curfew. The times vary form one locale to the next so you may want to check into it.

Ok thanks. Forgot about the curfew thing.

Yeah her parents have known about it since the beginning. Well true love happens at a maturity level not age.

You cannot get in trouble for dating a minor if there is parental consent, but you can in fact get in trouble for having sex with a minor (even if they were consent from your gf) you are suppose to have parental consent as well as your gf's consent...

Well, if you are going out, do you make out? If you even just "feel her up" that can be contrued as a sexual act. She's 15,, you're 19... what do you see in her? You are too old to be hanging with any one under 16 or 17 anyway.
